We are celebrating 15 years of First Aid Arts this year. This means 15 years of first aid tools for mental health being delivered locally and globally. Hear from a handful of the people we have trained to Facilitate First Aid Arts programs this year about how these tools are helpful in their own lives, bring joy to their communities, and how thankful they are for those of you who give to support this organization and make it all possible.

Hear from our Trainer, Laura Lanser, and three of our First Aid Arts Facilitators who are running groups in their own communities. They are witnessing people create new and positive experiences of relationship, restoring a critical component of resilience and human flourishing. 

 
 
 
 

We want you to hear from Dina Savvenas. Dina works as a Statewide Peer Wellness Coach for the Tennessee Association of Mental Health Organizations. Dina has become a champion of First Aid Arts, and speaks in this video about her experience witnessing First Aid Arts powerfully promote choice and hope amongst her care receivers.

The end of the year is a time we celebrate the people and stories that define the amazing work of First Aid Arts. It’s a time to remember, rejoice, and refuel for 2025!
